Experience in preparing technical drawings and plans, calculating material and equipment requirements, and devising production methods is a must.

At least 3 years experience as a drafter.

Possess a minimum S1 degree in Architect.

Proficiency in using 2D/3D applications such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, 3dMAX, or similar software is required for this role.

Capable of working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and focusing on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Generate Architectural/Interior Design and Drawings

Project coordination (with other team members, clients, consultants and contractors)

Degree in Architecture (S1/D3) or Vocational High School (SMK)

Able to work in fast-paced environment
