REQUIREMENTS:

·A degree in Architecture (S1)

·Demonstrated strength in design skills that set you apart from the competition

·Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape, with an emphasis on speed and efficiency

·Proficiency in additional software such as Revit, Rhino, and 3ds Max is considered an advantage

·Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work

·A fast learner with an insatiable appetite for acquiring new knowledge and skills

·Ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced work environment

·Strong team player, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, consultants, and contractors

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

EXPERIENCE:

·0-5 years of experience in Architecture Design

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

·As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include the following:

·Generating outstanding masterplan ideation, architectural & interior designs and drawings

·Providing comprehensive and informative 2D drawings

·Creating precise and visually stunning 3D models

·Developing compelling 3D visualizations that bring designs to life

·Delivering engaging and impactful architecture and interior presentations

·Coordinating projects efficiently with team members, clients, consultants, and contractors
