DRAFTER

Opportunity to work for clients remotely! We are looking for a skilled Drafter that shall work for one of our Client. Drafter is expected to provide their expertise to draw structural features and details for buildings and other construction projects. Specialization in a type of building, such as residential or commercial is required. They may also specialize by the materials used, such as steel, wood, or reinforced concrete.

Responsibilities

• Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
• Design products with engineering and manufacturing techniques.
• Add details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building techniques.
• Perform open and distance learning and implement management value and standard of services.
• Keeping up-to-date of government policies (in Client's country where their business is registered business) and new technical reports.
• Design plans using computer-aided design software.
• Undertaking short courses, conferences, seminars and workshops to enhance a skill or knowledge.
• Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects.
• Attending and presenting in-house training events or sharing sessions (conducted by the Firm) with full compliance of Client's confidentiality requirement.

Requirements and skills

• Project management skill is mandatory
• Outstanding English proficiency for business communication
• Good math skills
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools
• Minimum SMK Pembangunan graduate with outstanding final scores
• Proven work experience as a drafter, architect, or similar role
• Possessing Sertifikat Keahlian / Certificate of Expertise (SKA) for Architect issued by Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi / Construction Service Development Authorities (LPJK) is a plus
• Mastering commonly used softwares is a must (Revit, Autocad, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, and InDesign)
• Hands-on experience with computer-aided design software
• Ability to meet deadlines
