Minimum 3 years of experience in Risk Management/Audit/Consulting Services/Actuary/Investment Services

Proactively monitor and control Financial Risk Management (FRM) within the Company.

Have Macro and VBA Microsoft Excel Skills will be advantages.

Excellent communication skills, including demonstrate ability to start initiatives and resolve conflicts.

Ensure that the Company has sufficient policies and procedures to identify, measure, control and monitor Financial Risk.

Work with relevant Business Units in evaluating and assessing financial risk impact on market/product/etc. and highlight the risk.

Has an experience in credit or operational risk management would be a plus.

Perform regular review of the commercial credit risk management.

Prepare, propose policy and commercial risk management strategy.

Implement training/socialization and/or explanation to the first line and other related units to build awareness of credit risk management.

Has a track record on stakeholders management, e.g. lead an initiatives or project, coordination role, etc.

Coordinate commercial credit risk strategy policies.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

Have knowledge on basic accountant

Assist and Monitor Reward Delivery

Commit with 6 months internship program

Willing to do hybrid working (3 WFO, 2 WFH)

3-5 years of experience in Operational Risk Management or Audit in Banking industry

Professional risk management certification (BSMR/LSPP) min. level 1 shall be an advantage

Develop operational risk policies and standards for risk management

Provide risk advisory to units and management

Keep abreast of latest operational risk management techniques and industry best practices

Growth mindset, analytical, assertive, and good interpersonal skill

Preferably has basic insurance product knowledge and/or has project management experience

Support on-going project/ad-hoc project under PD Product Management

Final year student or Fresh graduates from any Major, preferably from majoring in management, economics, mathematics/statistics

Fluent in English, both writing and speaking

Support and review on vendor onboarding process in daily basis

Update and maintain database vendor in system regularly

Provide periodically report on each progress

Liaise with internal stakeholder (procurement, SMEs, business users) and 3rd parties to complete the process

Supporting data entry to register, provide statistic and data maintenance (No access to sensitive data is allowed)

Computer literate: Microsoft office and presentation skill

Supporting the team to administer requests related to OJK Regulator.

Supporting the team to administer request or Group Project related.

Last year student or fresh graduate from any major

Good at Macro Excel would be more preferable

Perform monitoring on all banking products and ensure all financial records are accurately calculated and presented to management and external parties

Possess general knowledge, skills and competencies on banking business

Collaborate with related parties in managing project lifecycle to ensure risk requirements are fulfilled and implemented properly and timely

Experience with coding languages, e.g., SQL

Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint)

Intermediate VBA or macro skill would be advantageous

Gather required information or data from external sources and/or internal sources and updating the FRM database template

Assisting to develop collected data into templates that can be ready to use

Assisting to provide creative design and interesting and insightful chartings or tables

Fresh Graduate/Final Year Student from any science or economic major.

Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi, South Jakarta
