Latar belakang pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang pertanian, khususnya Agroteknologi atau Agronomi

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam budidaya sayur organik

Pengalaman dalam bermitra atau bekerjasama dengan petani lokal

Memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang analisis data dalam pertanian berkelanjutan (sustainable farming)

Kemampuan dalam menyusun RAB Tanam, SOP, Proposal Proyek, dan Dokumen Pemantauan Proyek

Kemampuan dalam membangun & menjaga komunikasi yang efektif dengan petani.

1 year of operational or administrative experience preferred

1 year of logistics and warehouse experience preferred

1 year of customer service and inside sales experience preferred

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and terminology

Should have good verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff, management, customers and vendors.

Knowledgeable of electrical systems and be skilled at working with hand and power tools.

Must possess mathematical skills required for certification as an Electrician.

Delegate work effectively with a clear definition of requirements and expectations.

Coordinate with Maintenance Manager on the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of equipment.

Submit requisitions to Rig Manager for approval.
