Management of the operation and coffee on a daily basis

Maintaining a hands-on approach to the day-to-day management of operations across the plantation division

10 - 15 years practice within the coffee agronomist industry, in a senior operational management position

Master's Degree in Agriculture or similar qualification

Strong communication and team building skills

Possess excellent leadership abilities, interpersonal and communication expertise
