Excellent organizational and time management skills

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs

At least 5 years experiences in related field

Knowledge of agencies structure, market research, sales, and negotiating principles

Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to build relationships

Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication using solid arguments.

Minimum 3 years experience in marketing and sales or project management

Develop, execute and manage the strategic plan to achieve sales target, expand into new market

Logical thinking and strong problem solving skill

Project coordination with team member and related department

Develop and monitoring incentive plans for sales team(agents)

Conduct roadshow, event and training to engage with agent members

Minimum 5 years of experience as a leader with a background in manpower management (preferably from a multifinance or financing company)

Handles the end-to-end hiring process and manages administrative tasks related to manpower management

Experience working in an agency-based business network (preferably in Dana Tunai or Refinancing)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsible for recruiting and building our sales force team, whether through internal hiring or agency-based recruitment

Monitoring the productivity of our sales force through our internal program

4. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task
