Perform regular inspection for machine and utility.

Perform production machine trouble shooting.

Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills.

Manage labor effectively to maximize Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and ensure production lines operate at standard speeds.

Minimum of 5 years in a senior managerial position within the Production/Engineering area of a manufacturing environment.

Experience in addressing labor-related issues would be advantageous.
