Have prior experience with event execution

Responsible to execute offline activations for all events (bazar and community) under even sales tribe

Collaborate with related teams to coordinate for the events preparations updates and take notes of all events preparation

Create, maintain, and update regularly weekly catalog for sales

Undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in related field

Agility and flexibility to adapt execution plans last minute, if necessary

Excellent listening, verbal and written skills

Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.

Strong problem solving through the use of analytical methods and concepts

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office

Detail oriented, team work player, and able to work underpressure.

Manage administrative support in Recruitment team activities, projects, and initiatives.

Manage recruitment projects related to leads distribution and digital campaign for recruitment

Assist in managing recruitment & activation projects end to end.

Collaborate with related departments and stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, IT, Vendors, and Business to drive the implementation and business activities

Responsible to support the execution and communication of Recruitment Events & Workshop

Create, brainstorm, manage & execute Online & Offline Activation initiatives

A minimum of three years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.

Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite.

Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Meeting with the creative, marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals.

Having experience handling events would be an advantage

Demonstrate strong communication skill and able to work as a team

Final Year Students (Semester 6-8)

Open for any major (preferred from DKV or Marketing communication major)

- Supporting Brand activation team to develop creative concept for clients

- Supporting brand activation team to liaise with stakeholders and community

Contributing to the development of sales & marketing strategies

Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products

Conducting sales & marketing activity to increase Sales Outlet

Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales target

Creating and presenting sales performance reports

Has experience in building strategy, roadmap, framework.

Proven ability to build, and manage key stakeholders internally and externally

Formulate branding strategy, including partnership and activation plan, and budget planning

Identify potential collaboration and impact partners that can further support the success of the programs.

Lead activities and productions with external third parties such as agencies, event organizers and related vendors.

Make sure leads generated from conducted events are well executed and resulted in business origination.

Minimal Pendidikan S1 dari segala jurusan

Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini.

Memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang activation, mass communication, dan trade marketing.

Memiliki pengalaman kerja di perusahaan FMCG

Data savvy, menguasai Microsoft Excel

Experience in e-commerce operations, content operations, and SKU administration, will be a plus

Inputting product data to GoApotik’s partner’s platform, from SKU, product description, pharmacy list, etc

Mapping and categorizing SKUs, Brand, and Stores in GoApotik’s partner’s platform

Have a diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably from a pharmacy or any health-related studies

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets (Vlookup, Hlookup, IF, etc)

Experience in e-commerce operations or SKU administration will be a plus

Involving in product activation dashboard project with gathering requirement to provide product & pricing reporting needs .

Integrating and facilitating to communication with user across function for clarify some issues during development.

In charge of all in-house PR & Sales Activities related to Customers, Communities, Events, Sponsors, etc.

Act as the Restaurant's PIC for all Banquet Activities.

Plan, Monitor, & Execute Restaurant's Regular/Seasonal/Event Decoration needs.
