They are responsible for researching, negotiating, and purchasing products and services that meet the organization’s needs. They must ensure that the organization is getting the best value for its money and that the products and services meet the organization’s standards. Detailed Job Description An Acquisition Officer is responsible for researching, negotiating, and purchasing products and services for an organization. They must ensure that the organization is getting the best value for its money and that the products and services meet the organization’s standards. They must also ensure that all purchases are in compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures. The Acquisition Officer is responsible for researching potential vendors and negotiating contracts with them. They must also monitor the performance of vendors and ensure that they are meeting the organization’s expectations. They must also ensure that all purchases are properly documented and that all invoices are paid in a timely manner. Job Skills Required• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes
• Ability to research and analyze data
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and procurement

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
