Perform monthly closing to provide accurate monthly financial statement figure for Management

Analyze monthly financial statement figure for Management decision-making

Have a good communication skill

Liaise with auditor to ensure yearly audited financial statement published to public in timely manner

Update company accounting policies based on updated Indonesia Accounting Polices

Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University

Prepare financial statements (include subsidiaries) to support management decision making

Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback

Experience working in Public Company would be a plus point.

Ensure and maintain Timely and Accurate Budget VS Actual Comparison and Accurate Revenue and Cost Allocation to provide PnL supporting data.

Prepare Quarterly Financial Statement to OJK & Auditor

Perform CoA analysis to produce Headcount expense report to know headcount expense trend and its utilization

Experience in using SAP Finance system is an advantage.

Working with 3-5 years experience in accounting field. Experience in public accountant firm is an advantage.

Having a good knowledge of the implementation of PSAK 73 in the financial statements.

Strong knowledge of Indonesia Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal controls and financial reporting.

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Strong analytical & problem solving skills.

Assist in reporting to investor, management and regulator

Experienced for 2-4 years in Accounting field

Experienced in Public Accounting or financial services is a plus

Perform analytical review on financial statement

Support in monthly reporting and reconciliation

A Bachelor Degree in Accounting is Required

Excellent competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Independent, initiative, proactive, analytical, and detail oriented

Fluent in English (both oral & written)

Able to communicate & work closely with other Departments

Willing to work under pressure, over office hour, with limited timeline

Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang (WFO).

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting, or similar education.

Experience with handling functions of Costing, Budgeting, and Forecasting.

Familiar with ERP (SAP, Navision / Microsoft Dynamic).

Preferable from East Java - Jember, or willing to relocate.

Fluent in English (writing & speaking)

Responsible for but not limited to preparing data forecasting, service levels, handling times, manpower calculations, and other operational reports.

Create and maintain hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts including the arrangement of agent's rosters as part of the manpower planning.

4+ years of relevant work experience in Accounting/ Finance/ Budgeting

Prior IDX reporting experiences preferred

Experience with technical accounting research and documentation preferred

Excellent knowledge of financial accounting reporting systems and software tools

Build a detailed personal knowledge of regulations

Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Ms Excel and Ms Power Point

Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.

15+ years of working experience in Accounting.

Having experience in Tbk/listed companies is a must.

Strong reporting exposure to OJK, IDX for Tbk/listed companies

Familiar with financial statement reporting (quarterly, semester, annual)

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Advanced knowledge of finance reporting process

At least 1 year experience in financial reporting

Advanced analytical skills with proven ability to use data effectively

Big four experience is a plus

Compiling financial information from other area

Ensure the financial information have been recorded accurate and timely

Prepare, maintain and report the company’s Pension Fund Financial statement to Minister of Finance based on accounting standard

Have a insurance sharia certification is preferable

At least 3 years in managerial accounting or 4 years in public accountant

Experience in Insurance Sharia Business is preferable

Prepare, maintain and report the company’s Financial statement and key financial performances based on accounting standard to regional office/Head Office

Review Listing For Internal and External Auditor
