Accounting Payroll Officer Jobs in Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten

Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Accounting, Management or Technical.

Having strong competencies in Remuneration Management, Office Administration, and Tax Regulation.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position in Marine Industry or other similar industries.

Good communication, strong analytical skills, and detail oriented.

Understanding SAP System is a plus.

Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.

Calculating employee benefits and deductions.

Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.

Previous experience working as a payroll officer.

Advanced Mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets.

Support accounting processes and management reporting

Having minimal 1-2 years relevant experience in related field/ Accounting Consolidation/Accounting Reporting (fresh graduate are open to apply)

Microsoft excel savvy, point plus for experience in SAP

Take part to prepare financial report for external party - audit

Maintaining daily financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts

Analyses journal record, account reconciliations and assisting monthly close processes
