Job Description
Carry out the process of paying compensation and benefits for the ship's crew in accordance with company’s procedures, so that the rights of the ship's crew are fulfilled.


  • Job Responsibilities
    • Job Requirements
    • Understanding SAP System is a plus.
    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Accounting, Management or Technical.
    • Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position in Marine Industry or other similar industries.
    • Having strong competencies in Remuneration Management, Office Administration, and Tax Regulation.
    • Good communication, strong analytical skills, and detail oriented.
