Bachelor's degree majoring in Management / Accountancy / Economics

Have minimum 2 years experience as Finance and Accounting staff

Have a good communication skills, fast learner, diligent, smart and attention to details

Able to make financial statement

Expert in using Microsoft Office and Accounting software (ex : AX)

Preparation of financial statements including supporting reports to ensure completenenss and accuracy

Create and manage yearly and multi-year budgets that are sufficient for the demands of the organization, including periodic budget forecasts.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

1-3 years of experience in the respected field.

In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.

Excellent cost accounting computation skills.

In charge of the overall budget of the company

Coordinate with other division within the bank for any GL testing/enhancement which might be needed to meet business requirement.

Achieve zero high risk audit finding and able to strengthen team skills with high quality of individual performance.

Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experiences in banking or financial industry.

Be able to engage, work collaboratively within the Finance Function as well as other stakeholders across Global Businesses and Global Functions.

Strong interpersonal skills, motivation and energy levels.

Basic knowledge of banking products, system process and controls.

3-4 years of professional experience in finance and accounting or financial management

Experience in financial management of USAID Project and knowledge of USAID operational policies and procedures (ADS) preferred.

Assist the Finance Manager to produce various management reporting.

Support the Finance Manager in monitoring and reporting petty cash managed by Finance Assistant, which include but not limited to:

Assist the Finance Manager in monitoring and liaising with project partners on financial matters.

Manage the purchase of goods, including raw materials for production and office needs

Approve the finance division to purchase materials or goods

Communicating and coordinating with all department for the finance & accounting related.

2. have an educational background in accounting

3. Have experience in the field of hotel accounting

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system

Maintain and balance an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.

Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

Provide accounting clerical assistance to the accounting department

At least 3 years experience delivering or administrating marketing campaigns and/or promotions and management

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

At least 3 years experience with AR & AP and invoicing

Excellent communication, organisation skills and interpersonal skills

Some marketing will be required, minor tasks managing company websites and other assistance as required

Sales will be part of the task, cold calling

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree. Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent

Required skill(s): Indonesian tax laws, Accounting, Financial Analysis, Tax issue, Financial Auditing

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Applicants must be willing to work Offline in Jakarta Pusat

Willing to work on a project basis for 3-4 months
