Account Payable Supervisor Jobs in Kab. Bekasi, West Java

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.

1-2 years of experience as an AP Staff.

Verify and check payments, and prepare payment documents.

Ensure invoices, tax invoices, and other payment documents are accurate.

Responsible for AP data with suppliers, reconciling AP data with suppliers.

Ensure payment submission flow and COA selection accuracy and correctness.

At least 7 years work experience in Finance & Accounting preferably in Accounts Payable. MNC experience is a plus.

Should possess strong skills in Excel Applications and knowledge of ERP accounting software.

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting.

Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Validate Vendor invoices and employee expense claims on accounting system & initiate approval.

Charge expenses to GL accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense claims (Non-PO & Employee Expenses).

Diploma or Bachelor Degree or basic certification in Accounting/Finance or related discipline

Minimum 1 years' experience as Accounts Payable

Demonstrate good working knowledge in managing Accounts Payable and application of local/international accounting standards

Proven hands-on experience in SAP Accounting applications is in advantage

Strong attention to detail and basic analytical skills

Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources

Minimum experience 3 - 4 years in a related field

Good skill in Excel dan software accounting

Making a monthly budget and schedule payment

Collect invoices and do the payment (accounts payable), including payroll distribution for the client (BCA & Mandiri system)

Filling monthly for withholding tax art (21,23, and 4(2))

Previous finance experience in a similar role within an accounts department

A Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar

Strong organization skills and a good eye for detail

Analytical and problem solving skills

Good English Bahasa Indonesia skills (written and spoken)

Computer literate including proficiency in commonly used accounting systems

Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with minimal GPA 3.30

Strong analytical skill and attention to details

Excellent in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel) and Accurate

Ready to be placed at Sunter, North Jakarta

Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly AP tasks with high efficiency and accuracy

Ensure proper controls on disbursement and electronic payment

Melakukan review dan memastikan input data excel telah sesuai dengan fisik dokumen tagihan.

Melakukan review pembuatan cek/giro sudah sesuai dan tidak ada kesalahan.

Melakukan review dan paraf atas Bank Voucher pembayaran.

Membuat laporan aging outstanding tagihan dan melaporkan ke atasan setiap minggu.
