Support to handling customers queries;

Acknowledging and resolve customer complaints and concerns;

Verifying and process orders, including customers' personal information and payment details;

Currently in 3rd or 4th year of university (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)

Available for at least 3 months period of internship

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of brand analysis methodologies and strategies.

Conduct thorough brand analysis to understand their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).

Negotiate rates and partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and other marketing channels to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand analysis, strategy, and digital marketing.

Fresh graduate or Final Year Student from a related field

Have a great interest in Account Executive

Final year or fresh graduates from Management, Business Administration, or similar field.

Using strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.

Extraordinary oral and written communication skills.

Deep self-motivation and the ability to self-manage.

Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.

Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.

Create amazing partnership experience with external stakeholder or prospective employers

Has an experience in a sales role is preferable

Operate the system and input data accurately

Onboard employers, build relationships and develop plans to resolve issues

Solicit feedback from employers, understand pin points and take ownership to ensure issues are quickly and effectively resolved

- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interactions and internal collaboration.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communication, marketing, business, or a related field.

Have an intern experience as Account Executive is a plus

Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

Maintain relationship with partners by listening and converting their needs to campaign creation and negotiation purpose.

Support in creating promotional campaigns by considering the best mechanism with least budget

Final term student or bachelor graduate from all majors

Excellent public speaker with good communication skills

6th or final year college student majoring in communication sciences, public relations, business administration or other related major(s)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites (Sheets, slides, docs)

Point plus if able to use Canva

Able to ensure smooth coordination between company and sponsors

High initiative & multi-tasking skills
