For this role, the main responsibilities are as follows:

• Create traffic data analysis
• Check and validate activity and promotion claim data from partners
• Reviewing and supervising traffic counter in each Xiaomi Store and follow up troubleshoot
• Create activity and promotion budget for Xiaomi Store
• Ensuring activity and promotion implementation in Xiaomi Store
• Create activity and promotion result report and analyze the effectiveness in purpose to increase traffic and sales number

s:

• Develop program concept and execution of offline marketing campaigns in order to boost traffic and sales number.
• Regular store visit to gather feedback from region team
• Create offline activity budget proposal and timeline
• Supervising and maintaining traffic counter system
• Create promotion post schedule and coordinate with social media team for every promotion program.
• Coordinating with partner for promotion and activity running in Xiaomi Store
• Implement and monitor Xiaomi Store promotion

Requirements:

• Minimal S1 in business / management / information systems
• English speaking / writing / reading proficiency is a must. Mandarin optional
• Have minimal experience in retail industries min 5 years (smartphone industry will be plus point)
• Have strong communication skill, professional skepticism, and honest business integrity.
• Ms. Office (word / power point / excel / outlook) proficiency + proper reporting is a MUST
