Warehouse Sparepart & Raw Material Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABC analysis (material movement, criticality, and value based)
• Warehouse Capacity Optimization
• Data entry and preparing weekly, monthly, and annual report
• Receiving, storing, preservation, & issuing sparepart and raw materials
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock take

Qualifications

• Familiar with Oracle/ERP, Microsoft Office, and computer operation
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same field, preferably in petrochemical or similiar industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management/IT, preferably in Industrial Engineering
• Familiar with sparepart & raw materials in similar petrochemicals industry
• Having good understanding in material management & inventory management
• Having good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to details, accuracy, data analysis, and reporting
• Good personality, can work as a team
• Good communication skills, preferably in English
