Video Producer And Editor

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented videographer & video editor who will be in charge of the end-to-end production of our digital video content, from deriving a technical plan from the content brief to editing and finalizing the audiovisual assets. You will get to work directly with our co-founders to determine, experiment with, and continuously improve the digital content of the company.

What you will be doing

1. Transform product and content roadmap into audiovisual assets with powerful visual and audio experiences for the intended audience
2. Collaborate closely with product/content manager in handling the end-to-end video production process especially from technical perspective
3. Collaborate closely with product/content manager in monitoring key metrics and gathering audience feedback, as well as identifying and executing improvement plan
4. Give input to the content plan drafted by product/content manager in order to maximize the visual and audio experiences of the audience, while balancing with the intended educational messages

The ideal background

1. Bachelor's degree, fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
2. Digital communications, multimedia-related major is a plus
3. Professional/organizational experiences in video production, multimedia content, or collaboration with multiple stakeholders
4. Professional/organizational experiences in working with designers or talents (hosts and speakers)

Required portfolio:

• Video content creation portfolio showcasing a variety of works of different formats with context and description (video animation work is a plus)
• If applicable, should include works created for a variety of social media formats (YouTube, Instagram Feed/Reels, Tiktok, etc.)

4. Experience related to sustainable food, sustainable development, or food industry
5. Experience related to educational content
