Video Editor With Basic Motion Graphic Skills (Yogyakarta)

amalan, a leading debt relief company based in Yogyakarta, is currently seeking a talented Video Editor with basic motion graphic skills to join our Creative Team. In this role, you will primarily focus on editing various types of videos while occasionally incorporating simple motion graphics. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for visual storytelling through video editing.
Responsibilities:

• Occasionally create simple motion graphics to enhance video content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, provide creative input, and deliver high-quality video content.
• Trim and enhance footage, apply visual effects, color correction, and audio editing as needed.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all video projects.
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into high-quality, visually appealing videos for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, presentations).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing to continuously improve skills and techniques.

Requirements:

• Ability to translate creative briefs and concepts into visually appealing video content.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to support the works and keeping updated with AI tools related to video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Video Editor.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects or similar.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Experience working on various types of videos, including promotional videos, tutorials, interviews, and event coverage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial services industry or related field.
• Basic understanding of sound editing and design.
• Familiarity with stock footage libraries and licensing agreements.
