PT. Tristar Surya Gemilang is seeking talented individuals with various engineering and project management backgrounds to join our team. We serve business organizations as their technological partner in their digital transformation journey with services of Tailor-Made Application Development, IT Managed Services, IT Man Power Supply, IT Roadmap and Strategic Planning Consultancy, Software Quality Assurance and Security Testing, and Agile/Scrum Training and Consulting. Our offices are located in Bekasi, Bandung, and Purwokerto, with over 80 talents doing remote work from the main islands of Indonesia.

As we prepare to serve more organizations, we welcome candidates from all educational backgrounds, including final-year students passionate about software engineering and project management. Our working environment is primarily remote, with occasional offline meetings. Thus, we require highly professional, self-managing, and self-organizing talents with a high understanding of agile ways of working.

Currently, we are hiring for all positions in the engineering team, such as front-end developers, back-end developers, technical leaders, DevOps engineers, UIUX designers, technical writers, business analysts, and other engineering positions related to software development. We also recruit non-technical positions such as project managers, product managers, pre-sales engineers, sales engineers, project administrators, and many more.

While specific responsibilities will be given for each specific role you applied for, we have our general responsibilities within the team as follows:

1. Collaborate with team members to design and develop software-related projects that meet customer needs.
2. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
3. Solve technical issues and ensure project compliance with industry standards.
4. Utilize agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to manage projects and create products.
5. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
7. Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and maintained to support future project needs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. (Final-year students showing high-quality talents are very encouraged to apply).
2. Strong passion and potential in engineering and project management, regardless of educational background.
3. Familiarity with agile methodologies and ways of working, using frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with internal team members.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Highly professional, self-managing, and self-organizing, with a high understanding of agile ways of working.
7. Proven track record of integrity, trustworthiness, and blessings in their professional and personal lives (should be visualized on the cover letter or during the interview).
