Responsibilities

A Producers role is key to managing all production project from pre-production to material delivery of each assigned project. He/She must have a great understanding of creative values and technology in regards to film/tvc production and post production. Responsible of communicating project workflow to the internal team as well as the external team including the clients, this includes our foreign clients as well. From receiving briefs to managing timeline and quality output as brief, also in delivering all needed on time, a Producer’s job is to ensure that all projects flow cost-efficiently and time-effectively.

Producers Responsibilities:

• Adept at briefing creative teams and reporting to all stakeholders
• Making sure clear and detailed briefs are received from stakeholders on time
• Quality check of all works produced (both by Production Team and 3rd party) before submitting to the stakeholders
• Constantly looking to improve efficiencies and iterate
• Negotiate delivery timeline with stakeholders based on priorities and 3rd party’s availability and/or team’s load
• Make sure all project participants works effectively according to the agreed timeline
• Experience working with teams of designers and creatives in Film Production/TV Station/Creative agency
• Act as a brainstorming / consult partners for all stakeholders, including Procurement for any production plan
• Ability to identify potential issues/risks
• Excellent at creating time plans, process flows and documentation that simplifies workflow
• Fast response and proactively provide clear communication upon any changing priorities
• Managing stakeholders and 3rd party’s schedules to make sure that all requests shall be delivered on time
• Able to tackle situations and stakeholders at all levels by negotiating and communicating clearly in order to unblock and ensure the correct process and deadlines are met
• Manage multiple work streams in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must have at least min of 7 years of previous working history in filmmaking or advertising agencies as a Film/ Av Producer. Great at working at a team setting is major key component in each of production. Have a great passion for film making and film production. Must be able to operate software such as Key note/windows excel/ Google slides + editing software such as Final cut/ Adobe premiere/ Adobe photoshop.

Requirements

• Able to quickly adapt to company’s style
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Understanding full production workflow, starting from pre-production to production to post production
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Experience on handling production projects in SEA countries is a plus.
• Understanding video production technical process related to: video shooting, video editing, color grading, audio post
• Up to date with the latest technology in video production industry
• Able to multi-task with eye for details, resourceful and independent under constraints of time
• Minimum 7 years professional experience in television, radio, film, sound production or new media.
• Highly curious in trying new things, fun-loving and collaborative
• Graduates of Film studies/ Arts and Design is a plus
