Creative Producer Jobs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the creative and project manager to understand project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
• Collaborate with casting agencies and talent managers to identify suitable individuals for specific campaigns.
• Coordinate property and location preparation logistics, including set design and equipment rentals.
• Conduct quality checks of creative materials and provide feedback to improve deliverables.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to creative guidelines across all materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors and suppliers. (such as freelancers, Talent Agencies, etc)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and requirements.
• Provide guidance and feedback to designers, photographers, and videographers to achieve desired creative outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and finance personnel.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative production role in advertising industries.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Social Media Savvy
