Job Description
  1. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor Degree in Economics, Public Relation, or Communication.
  2. Good communicative skill and achievement-oriented
  3. Having work experience in related fields is required for this position. (E-Commerce)
  4. Responsible for overall Training & Development
  5. Responsible for preparing the training curriculum in accordance with the results of the training needs analysis
  6. Ensure the implementation of the T&D plan for all employees at HO and Store
  7. Responsible to evaluate the results of training conducted
  8. Responsible for the mobilisation of new employees
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of a seller’s environment
  10. Conduct training both hard & soft skills for sales force, merchandiser, sales & Foom Reseller
  11. Can join immediately
