Job Description

Responsibilities

- Responsible to supervise and educate about product offerings via telephone calls

- Ensuring all work processes are carried out correctly according to the procedures

- Ensuring the sales target achievements following to the regulations


Qualifications

- Minimum Bachelor degree in all major

- Minimum 2 years of experience as Team Leader in Telemarketing or Telesales

- Have a good communication skill

- Strong skills in leadership and people orientation

- Used to work with Microsoft Office and technology literate

- Knowledge of multi-finance business and company products

- Willing to be placed in all across Indonesia
