Technical & User Support Officer

Responsibilities

• Act as a helpdesk if there is no Helpdesk Officer available in receives user’s issues, takes follow up action thru MIS Helpdesk system in order to have best support 24/7 IT operation
• Provide a high level of IT support services to employees, as well as 24-hour coverage for the computer system, either on-site or remotely, depending on business needs
• Reporting to the Citeureup Network Operation Support Section Head, this position is responsible for providing a high level of operational availability and stability for the IT support
• Coordinates and assists HC Group IT in infrastructure implementation and services

Qualifications

• Familiar with PC troubleshooting, Microsoft O365 products including Exchange or Outlook, Network topology configuration
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Computer Engineering / Technical Computer / Computer Science with GPA 3.0 above
• Experiences in determine and resolve network data communication 24/7 IT operation issue
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Minimum of one (1) year experience would be preferred
• Willing to be placed at Citeureup Plansite - Bogor with shift schedule patern
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
