Technical Support Specialist Skills and Qualifications;

  • Load Balancing and Scalability
  • Process Improvement
  • Exceptional Human Relationships
  • Outstanding Knowledge of New Technology
  • Minimal 4 years Experience in Engineering
  • EXPERT in Computer and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Able to Communicate in English or Mandarin will be Great
  • Familiar with Computers such as Microsoft Office, Corel, AI and AutoCad


Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities and Duties;


  • Staff training and education centre
  • Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations
  • Evaluating system potential through assessing the compatibility of new programs with existing programs
  • Understanding Fabrication Flow and Communication
  • Will be in charge of the Fabrication Solution Center
  • Maintaining system functionality by testing company data and equipment
  • Identifying and evaluating company data and options and suggesting a course of action
  • Preparing reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
  • Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission
  • Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
