JOB SUMMARY

Site SME for site technology. Support other departments in technical activities in compliance with cGMP and respective BOPs & EHS with efficient and cost effectiveness that includes but not limited to:

-Facility, Utility & Equipment Qualification

-Process improvement

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute and ensure qualification/validation activities performed as per approved protocol.
• Main job function: Responsible in qualification and validation activity
• Support in documentation, including filing, archiving and support in product transfer and trial activities.
• Support qualification/validation activities to prepare protocol (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) & report.
• Support in compliance with quality, including investigation of deviation and ensure implementation of related SOPs in qualification/validation activity.
• Support coordination of qualification/validation activity, to align with Validation Master Plan and can be executed in timely manner.

QUALIFICATION

• Able to work in shift and placed in Cimanggis Plant, Depok
• CPOB / GMP knowledge is a must.
• Minimum bachelor degree (pharmacy or majoring in mechanical engineering)
• First graduate is acceptable. Min 1y experience is preferable.
• Knowledge of machine/instrument is preferable.
