Tax, Accounting, Finance Staff

Soca is one of thousand company startup enganged in technology. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Staff to join our company. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the company's cash flows, monitoring and managing bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with all treasury-related policies and procedures. The Finance Staff will work closely with other members of the finance team, performing various accounting and financial tasks, providing support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage daily cash positions and cash flows company.

- Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque administration.

- Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation.

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and tax payments.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting role ( Especially IT field )

- Good in Microsoft Excel and accounting software ( efaktur and pph 21 - 26 )

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Familiar with BPJS kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan Payments

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiar with banking regulations, tax regulations and compliance requirements
