Job Description
1. Supervision construction works from land preparation stage until handover.
2. Coordinate with contractor for everyday plan, progress and problem, and report to Project Manager
3. Coordinate with contractors for daily, bi-weekly, and monthly report and sent them to Project Admin to be registered and reported to Project Manager.
4. Coordinate with contractor regarding every inspection from preparation stage - During construction stage - Testing and commissioning - Handover stage - DLP stage of their compliance with drawings, technical specification, ITP and PQP. All of these must be sent to project admin to be registered and reported to Project Manager.
5. Work closely with Project Manager on site.
6. Computer skill is a must and have good integrity
