Job Summary:

The PPIC Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production planning and inventory control, ensuring that our production processes run efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, production planning, and inventory control. They should be highly organized, analytical, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure that goals and plans are met.
• Analyze production data and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Develop and maintain accurate production schedules based on customer demand, lead times, and available resources.
• Maintain an appropriate level of inventory to meet customer requirements based on sales projections.
• Monitor and manage the inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in compliance with the Quality Management System.

Requirements:

• 1- 2 years of experience inproduction planning and inventory control, while fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, production planning, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
• Bachelor's degree insupply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
