Event Planner Team Jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses creativity, enthusiasm, and desire to learn and improve together with us.

Responsibilities:

• Anticipating attendee needs and making preparations against potential risks.
• Brainstorming and implementing event concepts and themes.
• Researching and booking vendors.
• Coordinating all logistical elements of the event.
• Organizing suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment.
• Managing set-up, tear-down, and clean-up operations.
• Preparing event budgets and processing invoices.
• Developing post-event reports on the effectiveness of each event.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Good attitude and good team player
• Creative and passionate
• Strong communication skills.
• Bali-based or remote worker are welcome (INA only)
• Have experience in event planning or organization activity
• Able to start immediately
