KlikDokter (part of Kalbe Farma) is a digital healthcare platform offering a full suite of health-related services and products in Indonesia. KlikDokter was founded on a simple, yet revolutionary idea: that everyone in Indonesia should have access to the best healthcare.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordination with finance to bill the insurance company.
  • Ensuring insurance targets are following what has been determined.
  • Coordination with Klikdokter's internal parties to carry out integration related to insurance.
  • Expand insurance cooperation, negotiate, and maintain insurance.


Qualifications

  • Understanding the concept of insurance/TPA membership, including uploading members, uploading benefits, and plan/product management
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a partnership in TPA, insurance, insurtech, insurance, or hospitals (B2B and B2C).
  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma/bachelor’s degree
  • Have good presentation and negotiation skills.
