Responsibilities

• Monitoring industry trends and analyzing data to forecast future business opportunities or risks
• Establishing long term goals for the company and developing strategies to achieve them
• Any other duties determined by management
• Communicating strategic plans to top management, including the board of directors
• Creating and implementing a long-term strategic plan, including setting goals and milestones
• Identifying new markets for product offerings or services where there is potential for growth

• Reviewing and revising existing strategies as needed based on changing conditions in the business environment
• Developing strategies that align with the company’s vision and mission

Qualifications

• Must be willing to challenge the standard thinking with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions.
• Problem-solving skills in order to identify problems, evaluate options and execute solutions.
• Demonstrated skills in leadership, management, and collaboration.
• Minimum 5 years experience working at Digital Agency
• Must be self-directed and able to work independently.
• Must have strong decision-making skills and the determination to see projects through to the end.
• Bachelor’s Degree from any major
