Job Description
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Melakukan QC terhadap seluruh hasil produksi (produk setengah jadi dan produk jadi)
  • Melaksanakan general cleaning dan Stock Opname Inventaris butcher.
  • Membuat laporan produksi
  • Menjalankan kegiatan produksi sesuai SOP & target.
  • Melakukan stock opname bahan baku produksi, bahan setengah jadi dan barang jadi di gudang produksi.
  • Bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap seluruh ruangan produksi
  • Melaksanakan dan memonitoring pelaksanaan prosedur sanitasi ruangan dan peralatan, serta merlaporkan dalam checklist kebersihan harian.
  • Memastikan bahan baku yang digunakan merupakan bahan baku yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang tercantum di SOP
  • Menjaga dan merawat fasilitas produksi
  • Menjalankan kegiatan produksi sesuai SOP dan target produksi
  • Melakukan kontrol terhadap pemakaian bahan baku, bahan pendukung, dan overhead cost agar tercapai efisiensi dengan melakukan pencatatan bahan baku produksi.
  • Melaksanakan dan memonitoring pencatatan hasil produksi. (Catatan bets produksi, catatan hasil poduksi, QC Finish Good)
