Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize knowledge and familiarity with the international standards in order to improve the equipment performance. (ex. API 610, API 612, API 614, API 616, API 617, API 618, API 682, API 692, etc)
  • Provide technical support to the operation team during the entire lifecycle of the rotating equipment, analyzing their performance, operative conditions and boundaries, in order to guarantee reliable and safe operations.
  • Troubleshoot rotating equipment failures & Performance.
  • Provide technical solutions whenever the machines experience failures, utilizing sound maintenance strategies, to analyze, address and rectify the root causes in order to prevent reoccurences.
  • Including fresh engineer’s job responsibilities
  • Management of budget and OPEX, CAPEX
  • Preparing T/A (Turn Around): Plan schedules, secure budget, Stock up spare parts, Contract partners, and Oversee maintenance work and so on.


Requirements

  • Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
  • Familiar with ISO manager standard
  • Min.D4 / Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering required from reputable University.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication (Bahasa and English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of electrical systems.
  • At least 5-10 Years of experience as Engineer in specific Areas (Electrical )
  • Working knowledge of electric facilities.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
  • Have experience about the Project.
  • Experience in planning maintenance operations.
  • Understanding Indonesian electricity regulation
  • Background for environment of petrochemical plant.
