Specifier Specialist Jobs

Salary Estimation: Up to IDR 15 Million (Gross)

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings, presentations, and events to share building general & specific knowledge, products & systems that the company has.
• Prospect and secure deals on system specification to B2B clients (architects, developers/owners) before handover it to sales teams.
• Build & maintain networking with architects, developers or owners, contractors, distributors, and applicators.
• Make sure the technical data of the products & systems meet international standards and customers' needs.

Qualifications

• Have a good relationship with architect consultants, developers, contractors, business owners
• Willing to work in Sudirman area
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCad and English
• Knowledge of reading and applying drawings using an application
• Have a competitive spirit, energetic, communicative, can work independently but with good teamwork, honest, and enthusiastic.
• Have a valid C & A driving license
• Have a minimum of 2+ years as a Specifier, with strong preference given to experience in the Building Material Industry
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Architecture or Civil Engineering major
• Proficiency in English
