Currently, we are looking for a Software Project Manager interested in managing our projects.

What You Will Do:

• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
• Work as part of a team developing applications and services
• Identify company’s user and system requirements for new website, and estimate the time spent on each task.
• Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
• Collaborate with the developers to find out the project estimation
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
• Analyzing project requirement and come up with project solution and suggestion
• Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem
• Test the solution and make sure it’s according to the project requirement
• Update clients with the latest progress of the project
• Follow industry best practices
• Provide end-to-end project management and schedule

Requirements:

• Ability to adapt in VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) environment
• 1 – 3 years of experience as Project Manager
• Able to communicate in English at actively is required
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work
• Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM – 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)
• Ability to create well-documented software process development
