Responsibilities

• Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians;
• Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs;
• Forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation for spare parts inventory;
• Creating the annual budget & follow up the implementation;
• Staff hiring, Training & Ensuring the Skill Matrix in Maintenance Team;
• Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy;
• Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality;
• Developing and implementing a (proactive) maintenance strategy (TPM Implementation);
• Driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements;

Qualifications

• Have good communication, leadership and cross culture capability to lead international team.
• Fluent is English, Mandarin speaker is preferred.
• Familiar with automatic machine/equipment, design and trouble shooting;
• Have a good skill & knowledge about TPM implementation and TPM pillar;
• Familiar with PLC, HMI, Robot, Motor Servo- stepper, Vision system;
• Education background from bachelor’s degree from Engineering or above;
