Senior Product Manager (Part-Time)

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with experience in building social apps for a part-time position at our tech startup. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing the development of successful products from ideation to launch. In this role, you will work closely with the tech lead, handling the sprints with the scrum methodology and managing all engineers.

You will be responsible for leading the product development efforts, creating and executing a product roadmap, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of our social app.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the tech lead, handling the sprints with the scrum methodology and managing all engineers.
• Monitor product performance and usage data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the product remains competitive.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features.
• Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
• Lead the product development efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create product launch plans and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and gather feedback from users to identify new opportunities for product improvements and feature additions.
• Define product requirements and create detailed product specifications for developers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, (advantage if it was a focus on building social apps.)
• Passionate about remote work, the future of work, and everything that could help this target audience live a better life working remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience working in a startup environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with the tools like Figma, Github, Notion, and Slack
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. (English)
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Proven track record of launching successful products.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
