Senior Manager Finance And Operations

The Senior Manager of Finance and Operations is responsible to manage the company’s long-term financial health and growth. He/she must commit to support the Top Management’s strategy to drive the financial performance by :

1) driving the growth and profitability of business units and

2) overseeing the accounting and finance of the Group to improve current practices. To demonstrate this, the Senior Managerwill be responsible to produce regular reporting in monthly and quarterly intervals.

Key responsibilities

- Accounting and finance responsibilities:

o Support in financial planning, budgeting, strategy, forecasting, risk, and governance

o Creating a long-term plan (three-year)

o Supporting senior stakeholder's in all business reviews

o Review monthly closing and present monthly financials to the board

o Coordinate on regular basis with tax and legal functions for smooth and sustainable operations

o Liaison with banks and financing partners for competitive financing options from time to time

o Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies

- Operations responsibilities:

o Work with each Business Unit to create a strategic roadmap for each unit

o Review segment performance KPIs at periodic intervals and monitor them alongside industry benchmarks

o Implement control systems to drive profitability and efficiencies across segments

o Support in carving out mutually beneficial financial and functional service arrangements between Graha and internal group institutions
