As a Finance Operations Specialist at Bitlabs Academy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our financial operations. You will collaborate closely with Chief Operating Officer and drive financial control within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records on daily basis
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Execute day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, and all financial recording activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computerised Accounting or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in written english and bahasa
• Strong understanding of financial principles and processes
• Willing to work hybrid in BSD, Tangerang area
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance operations or a similar role
• Proficiency in financial software and visualization tools, such as google sheet, looker
