Besins Healthcare Indonesia is looking for Sr. Finance Manager who is responsible for end-to-end finance and accounting, preparation of annual budgeting, preparing consolidated reporting (BS, P&L, CF), rolling forecast, controlling budget and providing comprehensive financial analysis that will support the business growth and expansion plan. Also as a key leader in partnership with Supply Chain organisation in delivering its financial commitments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
- Business partner with cross-functional teams for setting up and streamlining of various processes
- Manage local tax reporting
- Ensure delivery of key KPIs for the market (Innovation Sales, Sales, Profits, Working capital)
- Manage relationships with banks and seek cost effective solutions for cash transactions
- Oversee the fiscal activities including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
- Ensure compliance of internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Support Country Manager to drive business initiatives
- Perform the full spectrum of finance and accounting function
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities
- Lead and drive country & brand P&Ls.
- Support preparation of information memorandum, due diligence and contact with strategic partners
- Manage working capital to ensure targets set by group are achieved (AR/cash forecast)
- Business partner in driving profitability with hands on attitude in handling corporate secretarial matters and legal
- Implement and maintain SOPs related to internal control
- Partnering with marketing, global supply chain and other support functions to support decision making and driving RoI culture.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
- Validate demand forecast, review Distributor supply plan, ensure right inventory levels, and align on billing outlook plan to meet business objectives
- Adhere to local regulatory requirement on product, trade and compliance
- Responsible for the management of the supply chain of finished goods and hardware tracking; including demand, supply, inventory and product life cycle management, customer order processing, shipment tracking, trade compliance, travelling patient and distributor management
- Be in charge of obtaining, maintaining, and analyzing sales and inventory data from Distributors on monthly basis. Ability to extract insight, adjust shipment plan and collaborate with commercial team is critical
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Ability to provide financial/analytical support and handle multiple tasks within an open and interactive environment
- Excellent excel skills, strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Strong communication in English
- Professional qualifications such as CPA/CA is preferable
- A minimum of 4 years managerial experiences a must to have.
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required; postgraduate degree preferred Interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills to allow for mutual understanding of problems and development of cooperative solutions
- Preferable have at least 5 years of experience as an external auditor in Big 4 Audit Firm.
