Senior Lv Design Engineer

Mission/ Position Headline:

Realizes the functional concept of systems in a project by technical detailed solutions for MCC / LV Switchgear and Distribution System

Areas of Responsibility::

• Conduct design review /checking / clarification for document approval
• Support team lead and do collaboration with the team for any technical issues
• Support the team to secure project delivery (i.e. engineering documents/IED parameterization submission)
• Review detail project specification & requirement as well as scope of supply to smoothen LV engineering process
• Maintain and improve design quality output as per Siemens standard
• Propose component selection if required
• Prepare and maintain VDR list
• Support project transfer order
• LV Engineering PIC with full responsibility as engineering project owner with detail assigned task of :
• Maintain project/engineering schedule milestones
• Provide necessary support for integration of project
• Active monitoring assigned project progress and maintain assigned project history
• Provide clarification to Project Management (PM), vendors consultants/customers, and other related parties
• Prepare LV system design /project concept & provide necessary sketches/draft for further drafting purposes

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) preferably University Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or other related subjects.
• English proficiency will be a must
• More than 8 years experience in design/engineering works for power transmission and distribution system with proven tract record, preferably in the MCC/LV switchgear /distribution board projects for utility/ industry/ infrastructure market, able to operate CAD system (e.g. AutoCAD, Engineering Base, Elcad, or EPlan) and MS Office.
