We are looking for an experienced Accounting and Tax Manager who will manage external and internal reporting and be involved in all aspects including corporate accounting, tax compliance, process improvement, regulatory financial reporting, and financial audit. This position will be in charge for P2P lending, BS Lending, and Multi finance business in Indonesia.
What you will do:

• Manage external auditor and statutory reporting requirements
• Oversee all supervisor and staff on daily transactions and take full responsibilities on closing process
• Ensure accounting record has complied with IFRS and Group accounting standard
• Liaise with FP&A for monthly variance analysis
• Ensure the balance sheet account reconcile with detailed listing
• Support group consolidation process and group audit requirement.
• Ensure overall tax compliance, accuracy and timely submission
• Ensure overall regulatory compliance, accuracy and timely submission
• Produce monthly financial report accurately and reconcile with our internal system

Requirements
What we are looking for:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• General knowledge on OJK regulation related with P2P and Multi finance industry
• Minimum 4 years of Big 4 audit firm experience in financial industry
• CPA or Tax Brevet holder is preferred
• Excellent Ms. Office, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• 7+ years experiences of overall accounting experience, start-up experience is a plus
• Strong technical skill of accounting principle and procedures and consolidation
• Experience in leadership and managing team
• Deep understanding on local GAAP and IFRS
