Job Description
  1. More than 12-15 years of SAP working experience in SAP ABAP.
  2. Should be able to design the architecture in SAP S4 HANA as per business processes.
  3. Should able to coordinate with functional and business users to understand and gather technical requirement.
  4. Responsible for review technical specifications and development of RICEFW developments
  5. Monitor the work of the technical team and ensure standards are adhered to in accordance with Solution design
  6. Author design specification and conduct source code reviews.
  7. Data formatting, cleansing and assist in data loading
  8. Responsible for integration of SAP with the Legacy systems
  9. handling various integration adapters in SAP (ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST Adapters) to exchange messages between sender and receiver
  10. Should demonstrate knowledge of advanced ABAP objects such as Adobe forms, workflows, IDOCS, Odata and FIORI application development.
  11. Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support.
  12. Experience in holding client workshops, requirements validation and group discussions1 full life cycle HANA implementation is most desired.
  13. Should be able to analyze and debug issues based on business input
  14. Set product priorities and work with scrum teams. Map customer business needs to product designs and articulate through epics and stories. Manage the maintenance backlog.
  15. Develop Proof-of-Concept capabilities with a quick turnaround to meet the needs of Business Stakeholders
  16. experienced in SAP implementation with “ACTIVATE” and “AGILE” methodology, including various phases like Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, E2E Test, UAT, Go-Live and support.
  17. Ability to guide Technical team and create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, and external constituencies.
  18. Experience of working within an SAP based Telecommunication / Retail environment.
  19. Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
  20. Language / Work Location – English, Bahasa/Indonesia
