Salesman Jobs

We're looking for a Salesman to our AMDK company client based in Bandung. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote our products to potential customers, including individuals, hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HORECA). As a Salesman, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and prospects to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and approach potential customers to introduce our products and generate interest.
• Promote our range of products to potential customers, focusing on individuals, hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
• Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with product promotion strategies and tactics.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade potential customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and sales management software.
