Position: Sales Manager
Requirements:
·Engineering degree or equivalent technical and commercial back
·Proven sales manager in turbomachinery
·Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
·Persuasive negotiator
·Sales experience in an international environment

·Excellent skills set required in areas such as communication, contract negotiation, terms and conditions
·Strong networker, engaging, well aware of the local market and within MAN ES international business strategies
·Sound interpersonal, presentation as well as intercultural skills and understanding
·Ability to uphold the highest ethical standards, high integrity
·Focus on business development
·Fast response to customer demands
·Solution oriented mind-set regarding sales approach
·Cross-departmental coordination of objectives and procedures
·Effective networks with customer in terms of results
·Goal-oriented leadership of team where applicable
·Responsible for holding successful negotiations with customers
·Maintenance and expansion of MAN ES Indonesia-specific contacts in cooperation with on-site organization
·Preferred contact partner for customer
·Must occasionally resolve previously unrecognized and complex problems
·Occasionally required to work under increased performance or time pressure
Responsibilities:
·Manage customer care and service business for the turbomachinery and workshop after sales services
·Responsible to fulfill order intake targets
·Win new customers with a systematic approach / and get understanding and agreement on T&C
·Builds customers relationships from prospecting to closing / foster relationship with agents
·Negotiate/approve contracts and service agreements
·Collect & communicate market intelligence / competitors' activities, project opportunities
·Contact for technical queries in the event of accidents and repairs
·Independent customer negotiations (in line with sales guidelines and regulations)
·Regular travel
·Responsible for outcome of the country area for which responsibility is taken without conversions
