Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Achieving the KPI targets (sales by brand, doors, product focus, profitability)
  2. Ensuring branch sales target achievement both GT & MT in that area who covered by the branch.
  3. Managing relationship with account & store owners
  4. Excellence execution (availability, visibility, activation) in all channel GT, MT, Sociolla store
  5. Coaching and developing the team member (Area manager and supervisor)


Qualifications

  • Good executional and strategic skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Be agile and fast paced
  • Fluent in english both oral and written
  • Preferably from beauty or personal care
  • Having more than 10 years work experience as a sales with 5 years experience as a sales leader
