Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of International Cargo Shipping market also prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve Target as per budget plan for East Indonesia Market.
  • Monitor the sales team to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Play the role as Office Manager to
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Min 5+ years' of sales experience and 2+ years of Sales Manager experience for
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
